2. Service Categories
Custom Development Projects
For custom software development projects (mobile apps, web platforms, digital systems):
- • Refunds are not typically available once development work has commenced
- • Milestone-based payments may be eligible for partial refunds if work has not begun on subsequent milestones
- • Initial consultation and discovery phase fees are non-refundable
- • Refund eligibility will be determined based on project progress and deliverables completed
Consulting Services
For consulting and advisory services:
- • Hourly consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been provided
- • Pre-paid consulting packages may be eligible for partial refunds for unused hours
- • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of service completion
Maintenance and Support Services
For ongoing maintenance and support agreements:
- • Monthly/quarterly fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun
- • Annual support contracts may be eligible for pro-rated refunds with 30-day notice
- • Emergency support fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

- • Project Cancellation: Client cancels the project before significant work has commenced (subject to evaluation)
- • Breach of Contract: We materially breach the terms of our service agreement
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- • Change of mind or business direction after project commencement
- • Client's inability to provide necessary resources, feedback, or approvals
- • Third-party service failures beyond our control
- • Normal debugging and iteration processes
- • Client's dissatisfaction with aesthetic or subjective elements that meet specified requirements
- • Violation of payment terms by the client
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your project details, contract number, and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
- Allow up to 10 business days for our team to review your request
Review Process
- • Our team will review your request against the contract terms and project deliverables
- • We may request additional information or schedule a discussion to understand your concerns
- • We will provide a written response within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information
- • If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where some work has been completed, partial refunds may be calculated based on:
- • Percentage of project completion at the time of cancellation
- • Value of deliverables provided to the client
- • Resources and time invested in the project
- • Any third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the client
